Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Guwahati Assam is seeking applications for the following positions in the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department for a project focused on developing IoT-based products for healthcare applications:
1. Project Associate-I
- Number of Posts: 1
- Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month
- Eligibility Criteria: B. Tech or M. Tech in Engineering (ECE, CSE, IT, EE, or relevant branch) or MCA
2. Project Assistant
- Number of Posts: 2
- Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Eligibility Criteria: B. Tech or Diploma in Engineering (ECE, CSE, IT, EE, or relevant branch)
3. Internship
- Number of Posts: 4
- Salary: Rs. 4,000/- per month
- Eligibility Criteria: Students in UG engineering with relevant exposure to IoT-based system design, Web-based software design
Project Description: The project aims to develop an IoT-based product for healthcare applications, including IoT devices connected to a Cloud Server and Edge device. The IoT device will feature various sensors, mechanical modalities, and connecting interfaces (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.). Additionally, a mobile application for the edge device will enable operation and monitoring of the IoT device, analysis of sensor data, and display of results. All data will be stored in the cloud, where data analytics will be performed, and a web-based full-stack software solution will be developed.
