Position: Executive-Administration
Number of Posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 23,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month
Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in any discipline, preferably in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or Personnel Management.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven track record in working in Administration department, preferably in Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations.
Additional Criteria:
- Good drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to proactively address potential issues and solve administration problems.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
Job Roles:
- Drafting of letters, replying to mails, communication with various Govt. & Public organizations.
- Co-ordinate meetings, file management & data storing, documentation & record keeping.
- Facility handling, hostel management, handling front office, etc.
Selection Procedure:
- Walk-in-interview on 16th February 2024 at Basistha Chariali, Lalmati-37, National Highway Bypass, Guwahati-781029.
- Candidates fulfilling the required criteria should register at the Reception counter of IIE between 09:00 am to 12:00 pm on the day of the interview.
