Project Title: Rational Design of Ni-Based Anode Materials for Alcohol Fuel Cell
Principal Investigator: Prof. Kusum K Bania, Professor, Department of Chemical Sciences
Essential Qualification:
- First-class Master’s degree in Chemistry with specialization preferably in Inorganic Chemistry/Physical Chemistry from a recognized University.
- Must have qualified UGC-CSIR NET/GATE or equivalent examinations.
Age: Candidates should not exceed 28 years of age on the last date of application. Upper age limit relaxations apply as per Government of India rules.
Fellowship:
- For the 1st and 2nd year: Rs. 31,000/- per month plus 8% HRA
- For the 3rd year (as Senior Research Fellow): Rs. 35,000/- per month plus 8% HRA

- Interested candidates should submit their applications in the prescribed format (enclosed as Annexure-I) via email to the Principal Investigator at kusum@tezu.ernet.in.
- The subject of the email should be “Application for JRF”.
- Applications must include scanned copies of mark sheets, certificates from 10th standard onwards, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if any), certificate of NET/GATE or similar examination qualifications, any other testimonials, research articles (if any), and a detailed CV.
- The last date for submission of applications is 15th February 2024.
