Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Plantation Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Bio Science, Science, Arts, or Commerce.
- Preferably with a postgraduate degree or diploma (2 years) in HR/Personnel Management, Management, or Agriculture Science.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control or Marketing functions in the Tea Industry.
- A preference for candidates with up to 7 years of relevant experience.
