Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Retired Army Officer with the rank of Colonel / Colonel (TS).
- Age between 54–60 years at the time of joining.
- Experience as CO/21C of major unit or AEC Officer who has served as Principal in Sainik/Military schools.
- No disciplinary cases during the entire service.
- SHAPE-I (Medically fit).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of Defence Service Staff College (Non-Psc Officers may also be considered).
- Experience handling finances and legal issues.
- Proficiency in IT.
- Background in handling educational institutions.
- Experience in managing construction projects.
