Desirable Skills	Familiarity with Central government procurement procedures, GFR provisions, procurement processes, knowledge of GeM portal, import handling, and computer skills

• Procurement: Handling various procurement procedures for consumable, non-consumable, and asset items through different methods like open tenders, limited tenders, rate contracts, etc.
• Inventory Management: Managing receipt, preservation, stock ledger maintenance, issue of materials, and gate passes.
• Payment Handling: Arranging payments to suppliers and maintaining financial records.
• Import Procedures: Handling imports, establishing letters of credit, foreign payments, import clearances, and supplier correspondence.
