Essential Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- Must be a Law Graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Law (including Integrated Law Courses) from a recognized institution established by law in India and approved by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
- Candidates in their final year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course are also eligible, provided they acquire their degree before taking up the assignment.
- Skills Required:
- Research and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in writing and legal drafting.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of legal databases such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 32 years

Selection Procedure
The selection process comprises three stages:
- Part I: Multiple Choice Questions to test legal knowledge and comprehension skills.
- Part II: Subjective Written Examination to evaluate writing and analytical abilities.
- Part III: Personal Interview.
