Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 40 years (General category)
- Relaxation: 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PWD, and 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
- Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed at least the VIII standard.
- Those who have passed HSSLC or higher are not eligible to apply.
- A self-declaration certificate must be submitted, confirming the candidate’s educational qualification status.
Application Process:
Candidates are required to submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Three (3) recent passport-sized photographs, signed on the reverse side.
- Self-attested copies of testimonials supporting Age, Caste, Educational Qualification, etc.
- Self-declaration certificate.
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration certificate.
The completed application should be sent to: The District & Sessions Judge, Hailakandi, P.O., P.S. & District – Hailakandi, Assam, PIN-788151.
Candidates can also drop their applications in the designated drop box at the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Hailakandi.
The last date for submission of applications is 02-01-2025 by 5:00 PM. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
