Qualifications:

Candidates for this role are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

• Post Graduate Degree: A Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
• Data Analysis and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to present findings effectively.
• Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with the use of social media for communication and outreach.
• Project Management Skills: Possession of strong project management skills.
• Development Organization Experience: Experience working with or interning at a development organization.
• Self-driven: Self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills.
• Local Language Proficiency: Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
• Prior Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in the government or private sector in the field of development and project management at the National or State level is desirable.

Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not more than 35 years old as of March 31, 2023.
