Name of post: Chief Manager (HR)

Number of posts: 12

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
2. Two years MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management with a minimum of 65% marks OR Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks and Two years Master’s Degree/Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with a minimum of 65% marks.
3. Preference will be given to candidates having an additional qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Professional).

Experience:

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification in line executive experience in various HR functions, including experience as GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)/ET (Executive Trainee)/MT (Management Trainee) in State/Central Government Department(s)/Institution(s)/Undertaking(s), and/or Private Sector Organization(s)/Institution(s)/Company(ies) as an employee of that organization.

Pay Scale: Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/-

Upper Age Limit: 40 years
