National Institute of Technology (NIT), Silchar, Assam, invites applications for project-based positions in the Department of Management Studies. Here are the details:
1. Research Assistant:
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification: Ph.D./M.Phil./Postgraduate in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55%
- Salary: Rs. 32,000/- per month
- Job Roles: The candidate will carry out project-related literature review, develop questionnaires, conduct field data collection, perform data analysis, and contribute to report writing.
2. Field Investigator:
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification: Postgraduate in any social science discipline with a minimum of 55%
- Salary: Rs. 30,000/- per month
- Job Roles: The prospective Field Investigator will be required to visit the field, collect data, and engage in report writing, if needed.
