Eligibility Criteria:
i) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) from a recognized University.
ii) A Ph.D. Degree.
iii) Professors/Associate Professor with a total service experience of at least 15 years of teaching/research in Universities, Colleges, and other Higher Education institutions.
iv) Minimum score as stipulated in the API based on PBAS as per UGC regulation in Appendix -III for direct recruitment of Professors in Colleges.
v) A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals and a minimum of 110 research score as per UGC Regulation 2018.
vi) A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided for SC / ST / Differently abled candidates and to Ph.D. Degree holders who obtained their master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991.
vii) Upper age limit: 55 years.
viii) Term of the Principal: 5 years.
