About Jal Jeevan Mission Assam: Jal Jeevan Mission is a national initiative aimed at providing safe and sustainable drinking water to all rural households in India. The mission is crucial for improving the quality of life and health outcomes in rural areas. As part of its efforts, Jal Jeevan Mission Assam is seeking qualified individuals for the role of State Coordinator-Legal on a contractual basis.

Position: State Coordinator-Legal

No. of Posts: 1

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation with LLB with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with Civil and Service court matters.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Internet.

Salary: Rs. 60,000/- per month

Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as of 01.01.2024

Skills Required:

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in Assamese, English, and Hindi.

Job Roles:

• Handling all legal matters and court cases.
• Preparation of drafts, instructions, and communication with concerned authorities regarding the settlement of cases.
• Court visits whenever necessary.

Selection Procedure: A walk-in-interview will be conducted on 8th March 2024 from 10 AM onwards at the Office of the Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, Assam, Hengrabari, Guwahati-36.
