Oil India Limited Assam is seeking applications for the position of Advisor to CMD on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable by another year. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and business development initiatives of the company.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired from the oil sector PSU at the level of Board of Directors.
- Minimum 30 years of experience as a geoscientist in the energy sector.
- Experience in strategy formulation, business plans, and critical mineral exploration and exploitation.
- Age not exceeding 65 years on the last date of application.
Job Roles:
- Preparation of business plans for domestic and overseas critical mineral asset acquisition.
- Market analysis and opportunity mapping for critical minerals like Lithium, Cobalt, and Nickel.
- Creation of project selection criteria for critical mineral domain exploration.
- Conducting due diligence of prioritized assets.
- Negotiating with critical mineral companies.
- Interaction with downstream/OEM companies for developing critical mineral supply chain.
- Providing inputs for policy framework on critical mineral supply chain.
