Tezpur University Assam invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Guest Faculty (Mass Communication & Journalism) for the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).
Position: Guest Faculty (Mass Communication & Journalism)
Number of Posts: 1
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet one of the following criteria: A.
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Mass Communication & Journalism or a related/allied subject from an Indian University or an accredited foreign university.
- Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or CSIR, or similar tests like SLET/SET. Alternatively, candidates with a Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations are exempt from NET/SET/SLET. OR B.
- Ph.D. degree obtained from a foreign university/institution ranked among the top 500 in the World University Ranking by QS, THE, or ARWU.
Emoluments: Rs. 1,500/- per lecture, up to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month. No other allowances will be provided.
