Position: District Enterprise Development Executive (DEDE)
Number of Posts: 2
Educational Qualifications:
- Any graduate, preferably B.Sc. in Agriculture or allied sectors/B.E. or B.Tech in Agriculture/food technology/BBA with at least 3 years’ experience in agribusiness and food processing sector.
Working Experience:
- Experience in entrepreneurship and enterprise development, counseling for enterprises, conducting training & capacity-building programs, facilitating access to finance and business development, and marketing of agri/food products will be an added advantage. Entrepreneurial mindset, including the ability to work independently, self-motivated, and propose and implement new initiatives. Proficiency in using the internet, email, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential. Fluency in Assamese, English, and Hindi is required. Willingness to travel frequently to meet program needs and deliver impact effectively.
Age: The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as of 1st September 2023.
Position: District Enterprise Development Coordinator (DEDC)
Number of Posts: 2
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDBM) with specialization in agribusiness/entrepreneurship/rural management/marketing/finance.
Working Experience:
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in promoting entrepreneurship, working in incubation programs for handholding enterprises, or small business development programs.
Age: The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age as of 1st September 2023.
Position: Chief Financial Manager (CFM)
Number of Posts: 1
Educational Qualifications: a. A Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 (Five) years of post-qualification experience in the field of finance and accounts. OR b. MBA Finance from a regular course (not correspondence course) from a reputed institution and with at least 10 (Ten) years of post-qualification experience in the field of finance and accounts.
Age: The candidate should not be more than 50 years of age as of 1st September 2023.

Position: Seed Production Technical Manager
Number of Posts: 9
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Agriculture from a recognized University/Institute.
Working Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience in seed production & related activities. Fresh candidates with Masters in Seed Science/Plant Breeding & Genetics may also be considered for an interview if sufficient candidates with experience as mentioned above are not available.
Age: The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as of 1st September 2023.
