Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Sports University (SASU) is a prominent sports institution located in the picturesque town of Chabua, Dibrugarh, Assam. It is dedicated to promoting excellence in physical education and sports sciences.

SASU is inviting applications for several teaching and non-teaching positions. The available positions are:
Professor in Physical Education (2 positions)
Controller of Examination (CoE) (1 position)
Librarian (1 position)

The scale of pay for the Professor in Physical Education position is Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200, along with other allowances as admissible.

Candidates can apply under two categories:
A. For Candidates with Teaching Experience:
An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
A total research score of 120 as per UGC/University criteria.
Minimum ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at an equivalent level.
OR
B. For Outstanding Professionals:
A Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/applied disciplines.
Ten years of relevant experience.
Significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.

The age limit for the Professor in Physical Education position is as per UGC norms.

The scale of pay for the Controller of Examination (CoE) position is Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200, along with other allowances as admissible.

Eligibility criteria for the Controller of Examination (CoE) position include:
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
Minimum 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in Academic level 12 and above, including as an Associate Professor.
Experience in Educational Administration or comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of Higher Education.
Fifteen years of administrative experience, with at least eight years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

The age limit for the Controller of Examination (CoE) position is preferably below 57 years.

The scale of pay for the Librarian position is Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200, along with other allowances as admissible.

Eligibility criteria for the Librarian position include:
Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Librarian at any level in a University Library or ten (10) years of teaching as an Assistant/Associate Professor with experience as a College Librarian.
Evidence of innovative Library services, including ICT integration.
A Ph.D. degree in Library Science/Documentation/archives and manuscript keeping.

The age limit for the Librarian position is preferably below 55 years.
