(ii) Academic Qualification: A formal academic qualification is not essential if the candidate has exemplary professional practice. Such experts will be exempt from the publication requirements and other faculty eligibility criteria but must possess the skills to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Job Roles:
- Course Development: Contribute to the development and design of courses and curricula.
- Lectures & Courses: Introduce new courses and deliver lectures in accordance with institutional policies.
- Student Engagement: Encourage and mentor students in innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
- Industry Collaboration: Enhance industry-academia collaborations.
- Workshops & Seminars: Conduct workshops, seminars, special lectures, and training programs in collaboration with regular faculty.
- Research & Consultancy: Engage in joint research projects or consultancy services with regular faculty members.
