• No. of Posts: 3
• Minimum Qualification: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Desirable Qualification: Candidates with additional qualifications such as LLB/CA/ICWA will be given preference.
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-membership experience (as of 01.06.2024) in a listed company. Proficiency in MS Office Suite will be an added advantage.
• Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and Maximum 30 years.

Name of Post: Company Secretary (MMGS-III)

• No. of Posts: 3
• Minimum Qualification: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Desirable Qualification: Candidates with additional qualifications such as LLB/CA/ICWA will be given preference.
• Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-membership experience (as of 01.06.2024) in a listed company. Proficiency in MS Office Suite will be an added advantage.
• Age Limit: Minimum 28 years and Maximum 35 years.
