Assam Career : Central Bank of India is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 1000 vacant positions for Credit Officers in Mainstream (General Banking) in 2025. Established in 1911, Central Bank of India was the first Indian commercial bank wholly owned and managed by Indians. The Bank was founded by Sir Sorabji Pochkhanawala, with Sir Pherozesha Mehta as its first Chairman. The Bank has been regarded as the ‘property of the nation and the country’s asset’ since its inception.
