Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognized University.
  • A Ph.D. Degree.
• Experience:
  • Professors/Associate Professors with a total service experience of at least 15 years of teaching/research in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of Higher Education.
• Additional Requirements:
  • A minimum score as stipulated in the API based on PEAS as per UGC regulations in Appendix III for direct recruitment of Professors in Colleges.
  • At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals (self-attested valid supporting documents required).
  • A minimum research score of 110 as per Appendix-II of Table 2 of UGC Regulation 2018.
• Relaxations:
  • A relaxation of 5% marks will be provided at the Master’s Level for SC/ST/Differently abled candidates for eligibility purposes and for assessing a good academic record.
  • A relaxation of 5% marks will also be provided to Ph.D. Degree holders who obtained their Master’s degree prior to September 19, 1991.
• Age Limit:
  • Upper age limit is 55 years.

How to Apply:

Interested candidates should submit their applications in the format prescribed by the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) Assam. Applications should include a complete Bio-data and all supporting testimonials from H.S.L.C. or equivalent examinations onwards. The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 5000 (Five Thousand) only, drawn in favor of the Principal, Dhubri Girls’ College, Dhubri, payable at SBI Dhubri Bazar Branch.

  • কলেজসমূহত প্ৰফেচৰসকলৰ সোজাকৈ নিযুক্তিৰ বাবে UGC ৰ Appendix III অনুসৰি API ত উল্লেখ কৰা ন্যূনতম স্কোৰ।
  • ১০টা গৱেষণা প্ৰকাশনা (পীয়াৰ-ৰিভিউড অথবা UGC তালিকাভুক্ত জাৰ্নেলত, স্ব-প্ৰমাণিত প্ৰমাণপত্র সংলগ্ন কৰিব লাগে)।
  • UGC নিয়মাৱলী ২০১৮ৰ Appendix-II ৰ Table 2 অনুসৰি ন্যূনতম ১১০ গৱেষণা স্কোৰ।

  • SC/ST/বিভিন্ন সক্ষমতাৰ প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলৰ বাবে মাষ্টাৰ স্তৰত ৫% নম্বৰ ৰেহাই।
  • ১৯৯১ চনৰ ১৯ ছেপ্টেম্বৰৰ আগতে মাষ্টাৰ ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰা Ph.D. ডিগ্ৰী ধাৰকৰ বাবে ৫% নম্বৰ ৰেহাই।
• বয়সৰ সীমা:
  • সর্বোচ্চ বয়স সীমা ৫৫ বছৰ।
