Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade point scale) at the master’s degree level in the relevant subject.
- A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided at the graduate and master’s level for SC/ST/PWD categories.
- The eligibility criteria, including MPhil/PhD/Seminar Papers/Publications, can be fulfilled on the date of the interview but not beyond it.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age for candidates is 38 years as of January 1, 2023.
- There is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC, and 10 years for PWD candidates.

- Candidates need to send their applications in the prescribed format provided by DHE, Assam.
- Along with the application, candidates must submit a complete bio-data and self-attested copies of all testimonials from HSLC (10th standard) onwards.
