- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physics/Materials Science and Engineering. Candidates with experience in handling chemicals/instruments and knowledge of ferroelectricity, thin film, XRD, SEM, etc., will be given preference.
- Monthly remuneration: Rs. 25,000.00 (consolidated)
- Age limit: Not exceeding 28 years as of June 30, 2023 (relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of India norms)
