IDBI Bank Assam invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO) on a contract basis.

Essential Qualification:
- Shall either be a retired or serving officer, in the rank equivalent to a General Manager of another bank / Financial Sector Regulatory Body / NBSP / NBFC / CIC.
- Shall not have been previously employed / presently employed with IDBI Bank or any of IDBI Bank’s related parties.
Experience:
- Minimum seven years of working experience in areas such as Banking, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems, and/or consumer protection.
Age: CCSO shall not be more than 65 years as on June 01, 2024.
Selection Procedure: The selection process will include:
- Preliminary screening and shortlisting based on eligibility criteria, qualifications, suitability, and experience submitted with the applications.
- Verification of all details/documents with originals during Personal Interview (PI)/ joining the Bank.
- Personal Interview (PI) for shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection based on marks secured in PI, medical fitness as per the Bank’s standards, and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

অভিজ্ঞতা:
বেংকিং, নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ, তত্বাৱধান, পেমেণ্ট আৰু নিষ্পত্তি ব্যৱস্থা, আৰু/বা গ্ৰাহক সুৰক্ষাৰ দৰে ক্ষেত্ৰত নূন্যতম সাত বছৰৰ কৰ্ম অভিজ্ঞতা।
বয়স: ২০২৪ চনৰ ০১ জুন তাৰিখলৈকে চিচিএছঅ’ৰ বয়স ৬৫ বছৰৰ অধিক হ’ব নালাগে।

চৰ্টলিষ্ট কৰা প্ৰাৰ্থীৰ বাবে ব্যক্তিগত সাক্ষাৎকাৰ (পি আই)।
পি আইত লাভ কৰা নম্বৰ, বেংকৰ মানদণ্ড অনুসৰি চিকিৎসাৰ ফিটনেছ, আৰু যোগ্যতাৰ মাপকাঠী পূৰণৰ ওপৰত ভিত্তি কৰি চূড়ান্ত নিৰ্বাচন।
