• Qualification: Master’s degree in any subject.
• Desirable Qualification: M.Phil/PhD/UGC Net Exam.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in academic and/or practice settings with a think tank, academic institution, consultancy, or advisory body. Experience in curriculum design and program management is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications and database navigation is required.

Senior Research Associate (Centre for Institutional Partnership & Corporate Communication):

• Qualification & Experience: A University Degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, journalism, print media, research documentation, and report writing.
• Technical Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are necessary. Familiarity with local media and a network of contacts with local journalists is preferred. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, proficiency in computer and internet information software, desktop publishing software, and/or other relevant software is required.
