Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Essential: Post Graduate / CA / CMA / CFA and CAIIB
- Desirable:
- MBA (Banking & Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Ph.D. in Banking / Finance-related topics.
Areas of Specialization
The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Treasury Management
- Risk Management
- International Banking
- Capital Markets / Mutual Fund and Insurance
- Audit and Compliance
- Credit Management
- Project / Infrastructure Finance
- Compliance
Experience
- Essential:
- Must have held the position of AGM (Scale V) or above in a Public Sector Bank/Financial Institution or an equivalent position in a Private Sector Bank.
- Desirable:
- Published articles/books.
- Computer proficiency to work in a virtual environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with faculty experience.
Age Criteria
- The candidate should be between 55 to 62 years as of 01.02.2025.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting sessions in training programs.
- Developing content for training programs.
- Organizing seminars and conferences.
- Liaising with academic/training institutions of banks and financial institutions.
- Preparing and vetting courseware.
- Preparing and vetting multiple-choice questions.
- Assisting in the publication work of the institute.
- Contributing to other academic activities of the institute.
- Promoting the institute’s courses and services among banks and professional bankers.
