Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in life sciences, nanotechnology, or rural technology.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with incubators and entrepreneurs.
- Experience in supervising scientific activities like workshops, training programs, and scientific writing.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong sense of independence and decision-making ability.
- Familiarity with high-end laboratory equipment such as RT-PCR machines, PCB prototyping equipment, 3D printers, and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and optimizing instrument performance.
Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month
Job Roles:
- Managing experimental lab functions.
- Troubleshooting problems related to methods and instruments.
- Organizing workshops, training programs, and hackathons to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Designing and implementing strategies to mentor and accelerate resident incubatee companies.
- Creating SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in technical services offered to entrepreneurs.
- Utilizing creativity to devise innovative solutions to complex scientific challenges.
