Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Assam is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the position of one (01) Project Linked Person on a purely temporary basis. The selected candidate will contribute to the internally funded project titled “Planning for the Research Data Management Repositories with Special Reference to Social Science.”

Essential Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, or Masters in Library & Information Science (M.L.I.Sc), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized university with a consistent good academic record.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge in Research Data, Computation, Analysis, algorithms, and Portal web applications to Library and Information.
- Expertise in writing articles and abstracts will be an added advantage.
- Help in collecting and organizing information sources relevant to the project is also desirable.
Salary: Rs. 31000/- per month
Age Limit:
- Should not exceed 35 years as of June 01, 2024, with usual relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and differently-abled candidates.
- Age relaxation may be given to outstanding candidates or candidates with relevant experience.
