Eligibility Criteria: To be considered for the role of Assistant Professor, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • Candidates must have cleared the UGC-conducted NET/SLET or SET Examination or an equivalent test recognized by the UGC.
   • A minimum of 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level is required (5% relaxation for SC, ST, and PwD categories).
   • Candidates holding a Ph.D. degree as per the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, are exempt from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.
2. Additional Requirements:
   • M.Phil, Ph.D., Seminar Papers, and Publications must be submitted at the time of the interview.
   • In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. Applications without an NOC will be disqualified.
   • Proficiency in the local language is essential.
3. Age Limit:
   • The maximum age limit is 38 years as of January 1, 2024. Relaxations are provided: 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

2. Submission Process:

1. শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
   • প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে UGC-আয়োজিত NET/SLET অথবা SET পৰীক্ষা বা UGC দ্বাৰা স্বীকৃত সমকক্ষ পৰীক্ষা উত্তীর্ণ হোৱা উচিত।
   • মাষ্টাৰ ডিগ্ৰী স্তৰত সৰ্বনিম্ন ৫৫% নম্বৰ লাভ কৰা উচিত (SC, ST আৰু PwD শ্ৰেণীৰ বাবে ৫% ৰেহাইৰ ব্যৱস্থা আছে)।
   • UGC (Ph.D. ডিগ্ৰী দিয়াৰ নিম্নতম মানদণ্ড আৰু প্ৰক্ৰিয়া) বিধি, ২০০৯ অনুযায়ী Ph.D. ডিগ্ৰীধাৰী প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে NET/SLET/SETৰ শর্তৰ পৰা মুক্ত।
2. অধিক শর্ত:
   • M.Phil, Ph.D., সেমিনাৰ পেপাৰ আৰু প্ৰকাশনা সাক্ষাৎকাৰৰ দিনা জমা দিব লাগিব।
   • সেৱাত থকা প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে প্ৰস্তাৱিত চেনেলৰ জৰিয়তে আবেদন কৰিব লাগিব আৰু বৰ্তমান নিয়োগকাৰীৰ পৰা এক নো অবজেকশ্যন চাৰ্টিফিকেট (NOC) প্ৰয়োজন। NOC নথকা আবেদন বাতিল কৰা হ’ব।
   • স্থানীয় ভাষাৰ দক্ষতা প্ৰয়োজনীয়।

   • ১ জানুৱাৰী ২০২৪ তাৰিখৰ পৰা বয়সৰ সৰ্বোচ্চ সীমা ৩৮ বছৰ। OBC/MOBC প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলৰ বাবে ৩ বছৰ আৰু SC/ST প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলৰ বাবে ৫ বছৰ ৰেহাইৰ ব্যৱস্থা আছে।
