Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) at the Master’s degree level in the concerned subject. A Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC regulations will exempt the candidate from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.
- Special Conditions: M.Sc. in Biotechnology need not apply for the Botany post.
- Relaxation: A 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/Differently abled categories for eligibility.
- Additional Requirements: M.Phil./Ph.D./Seminar Papers/Publications can be submitted on the date of the interview but not after.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must not exceed 38 years of age as of 01/01/2024.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 10 years for PWD, and 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
