Qualification:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from a recognized board in the concerned State/UT under the NABARD Assam office.
- Eligibility: The candidate must be an undergraduate as of 01.10.2024. Candidates who have obtained a Graduation or higher qualification are not eligible to apply for this post.
Age Limit:
- The candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age as on 01.10.2024. This means the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/10/1994 and not later than 01/10/2006 (both days inclusive) to be eligible for the position.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
The Office Attendant will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the NABARD office. Key duties include:
- Carrying files, papers, etc., and organizing them in cupboards.
- Stitching and binding records.
- Supply of water, tea, and other beverages to staff.
- Preparation and serving of food and beverages to staff.
- Assisting cooks and maintaining the lounge.
- Operation of office equipment like photocopiers, cyclostyling machines, etc.
- Attending to duties related to the Central Receipt and Dispatch Section.
- Maintaining and upkeep of records.
- Providing assistance to senior officers and attending to incidental work related to their requirements, such as handling files and serving tea/food.
- Working on various incidental tasks as per office requirements.
