Qualification & Experience
Qualification
- Essential: Degree in any discipline.
- Desirable: M.Sc./M.Tech/M.A/MBA degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Rural Development / Agriculture / Engineering / Technology.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in various capacities under PSUs/Government Societies/Universities/Research Institutions/Flagship Projects.
- At least 3 years in a Manager-level position.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Government departments and organizations.
- Experience in community-based Cluster/Federation units, project design, and report preparation.
- Knowledge of Government rules and regulations, official procedures, administrative, technical, legal, and financial matters.
- Willingness to travel extensively and communicate with high-level officers and NGOs.
- Experience in evaluation, funding, implementation, and monitoring of development projects.
- Expertise in Project Concept Notes, DPR preparation, and Government/CSR-funded project implementation.
- Preference for candidates with experience in NEC, Ministry of DoNER-funded projects.
- Knowledge of tender document preparation and eProcurement systems.
