Assistant Manager (Legal)
- Qualification: LLB (Full Time)
- Desirable Experience: Candidates with prior experience in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or listed entities will be given preference.
Assistant Company Secretary (ACS)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate with Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Desirable Educational Qualification: Regular full-time LLB degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in relevant areas within government organizations or private companies with a turnover of ₹150 crore or more. Preference will also be given to candidates with PSU/listed entity experience.
