Assam Career : Detailed Requirements:
1. Administrative Officer
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation or Post-Graduation with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management, or a two-year MBA/MSW in relevant fields.
- Desirable: Legal qualification and experience in defense/PSU organizations.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in administration, preferably with exposure to legal matters.
- Age Limit:
- Between 45 to 55 years.
- Pay Scale:
- Pay Level 10/11.
2. Director
- Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Agricultural or Life Sciences / Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Soil Science, Agronomy).
- Experience:
- A minimum of 16 years of research and development experience, with at least 7 years in a senior supervisory position.
- Experience in the plantation sector and technology development/ commercialization is highly desirable.
- International exposure and a strong record of scientific publications are advantages.
- Key Skills:
- Ability to lead R&D teams and attract funding for research projects.
- Extensive exposure to national and international trends in R&D, with a history of working in renowned institutions.
