Position: Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel

Pay Scale: Rs. 65,000/- to 80,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

1. A robust practice in Criminal Law for a minimum of 10 years.
2. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
3. Profound understanding of criminal law.
4. Thorough comprehension of the ethical duties of a defense counsel.
5. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others, with strong leadership capabilities.
6. A track record of handling at least 30 criminal trials in Sessions Courts.
7. Knowledge of computer systems (preferred).
8. The ability to lead a team and manage the office.

Position: Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel

Pay Scale: Rs. 65,000/- to 80,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Practice in Criminal Law for a minimum of 7 years.
2. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
3. Profound understanding of criminal law.
4. Thorough comprehension of the ethical duties of a defense counsel.
5. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others, with strong leadership capabilities.
6. A track record of handling at least 20 criminal trials in Sessions Courts.
7. IT knowledge with proficiency in work.
