4.Process Developer – Credit Control

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:


The person will be responsible for managing the collection of debts for Allianz Partners. The person will work closely with Finance Team & Sales / CRM Team to deliver an accurate and efficient credit control service. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts. The day-to-day duties will basically include ensuring timely payments are received, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries etc.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sending Invoices and sales report to Customers accurately and timely.
  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
  • Evaluating new credit requests.
  • Modification of credit terms in system
  • Responding to relevant client enquiries through calls & emails.
  • Processing and reconciliation of invoices/accounts
  • Checking and allocating receipts.
  • Preparation of statements
  • Notify debtors by email or telephone call of outstanding invoices
  • Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments.

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Credit Control.
  • ERP/Feeder system experience.
  • Previous experience in an similar role.
  • Previous insurance experience is preferable System Skills.
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills Initiative.
  • Ability to undertake initiative and deliver quality results often with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously yet still displaying strong team work ethics and attributes Team Work.
  • Ability to support and mentor other team members in the task undertaken Other Skills.

5.Sales Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide timely, accurate, and efficient telephone sales and customer service support for various e-commerce and insurance clients. Answer all inquiries related to products or services and increases sales by offering additional products through effective up-selling/cross-selling techniques. Required to attain performance and sales objectives on a monthly basis.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide telephone support for e-commerce and insurance clients.
 Provide new quotes to customers inquiring about the purchase of insurance.
 Increase sales by offering additional products through effective up-selling/cross-selling techniques while meeting or exceeding monthly performance objectives in terms of sales volume, call answer time, and call quality.
 Make changes to existing policies such as processing cancellations or refunds of purchased policies.
 Interpret policies and provide benefit information to customers.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
 Post-secondary education and a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a customer service related function.
 Possess Accident and Sickness license or willing to become licensed.
 Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified.
 Proven success in a sales environment where there was a demonstrated ability to identify customer’s needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions to meet those needs.
 Ability to maintain an energetic and enthusiastic attitude when faced with rejection.
 Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task.
 Fluency in French is preferred.

6.Senior Manager – BD

Key Responsibilities –

  • Create efficient relationship management with all critical stakeholders at the designated Channel / Geographies at Partner’s Organization
  • Drive the Product Sales & Distribution growth across a designated geography / channel at Partner Organization
  • Conduct product trainings for the Partner Team members across designated channel / geography
  • Lead customer meetings with the sales teams
  • Manage all aspects of channel management, and delivering of sales numbers
  • Need to drive the Company’s product sales strategy at Partners Organization through their Sales team members across all levels / regions
  • To assist in day to day coordination with the cross functional team, as well as sales team heads for strategic planning
  • To manage the key actionable’ s of the meetings, coordinate with teams towards closure of action items
  • Organize meetings with key stakeholders, prepare minutes and take necessary action internally towards their closure
  • Share regular insights with respect to Sales Figures both internally as well as to relevant stakeholders at Partner Organization
  • Assist in handling of Customer / Claims / Operations related escalations by coordinating with relevant stakeholders internally for its amicable resolution

7.Data Modeling Analyst, Network Management (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities/What you do
Reporting to the Head of Networks and as part of the Global Network Management department, as a Data Scientist you will support our network management assistance business, including RSA, Home, MDDR, Easy Living and other. You will work with company assistance data and also insights from LoB, Sales, Marketing, etc.

The Data Scientist will use large data sets to find opportunities for process optimization, performance optimization, cost reduction opportunities, tariffs structures, predictive models, etc. using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. 

Key repsonsibilties:

  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business-operations and network solutions.
  • Mine and analyze data from AP databases to drive optimization, simplification, improving our customer experience and at the same time increase our effectiveness.
  • Drive implementation / continuous improvement for the various lines of Business.
  • Work with the teams to implement the key performance monitoring data points and KPIs.
  • Drive analysis of results to support the LoB project managers and Head of RSA & Mobility / MDDR & Other in the definition of quality and performance action plans.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of the existing  and new data sources and data acquisition-integration techniques.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to fulfill the business and operations needs.
  • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, operation performance, business effectiveness (including b-partners) and new network models.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Key requirements/What you bring

  • ­5+ years experience workiung with datasets and statistical models
  • You will be a specialist with a computer science/developer background at using large data sets to find opportunities for process optimization, performance optimization, cost reduction opportunities, tariffs structures, predictive models, etc. using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.
  • Have a strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations.
  • Proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights.
  • Passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of variety of machine learning techniques, clustering, decision tree learning, artitifical nerual networks, etc.
  • Advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, etc.)
  • You will be fluent in English both written and verbal
