Job Details:

Scale of Pay	Rs. 12,000 – 52,000/- + G.P. Rs. 3,900/- per month along with other admissible allowances as per rules
Qualification	Minimum VIII Standard passed. Candidates with HSSLC or above are ineligible. A self-declaration certificate is required.
Age Limit	18 to 40 years as on 01-12-2024 (Relaxation as per government rules)
Last Date	02-01-2025, by 5 P.M.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit:
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age: 40 years (General category)
  • Relaxation: 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PWD, and 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
• Qualification:
  • Candidates must have passed at least the VIII standard.
  • Those who have passed HSSLC or higher are not eligible to apply.
  • A self-declaration certificate must be submitted, confirming the candidate’s educational qualification status.

Application Process:

Candidates are required to submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Three (3) recent passport-sized photographs, signed on the reverse side.
• Self-attested copies of testimonials supporting Age, Caste, Educational Qualification, etc.
• Self-declaration certificate.
• Valid Employment Exchange Registration certificate.

Candidates can also drop their applications in the designated drop box at the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Hailakandi.

The last date for submission of applications is 02-01-2025 by 5:00 PM. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
