Namrup College Assam is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Technical Assistant-I and Lab Assistant-I for a project titled “DBT-NER Institutional Level Biotech Hubs at Namrup College, Namrup, Dibrugarh, Assam.” These positions are sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.

• Technical Assistant-I: 1
• Lab Assistant-I: 1

Qualifications:

• Candidates for Technical Assistant-I should have a B.Sc. degree in Botany or Zoology. Preference may be given to candidates with an M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Botany, Zoology, or Biotechnology and research experience.
• Lab Assistant-I candidates should have a B.Sc. degree in Botany or Zoology.

Emoluments (Monthly Salary):

• Technical Assistant-I: Rs. 20,000/- + 8% House Rent Allowance (HRA)
• Lab Assistant-I: Rs. 18,000/- + 8% HRA
