Recruitment Notice: Various Positions at IIT Guwahati Assam
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is seeking applications for multiple positions in the project titled “Study on surfactant recovery from laundry grey water using a membrane process” at the Department of Chemical Engineering.
1. Project Engineer
- Number of Posts: 1
- Essential Qualification: PhD degree Or Master’s degree in Engineering + 6 yrs exp.
- Preferred Experience: Surfactant chemistry, performance evaluation of membrane separation processes, utilization of ion chromatography, UV spectra, and titration methods.
2. Assistant Project Engineer
- Number of Posts: 1
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Preferred Experience: Process modelling, SolidWorks/AutoCAD, preparation of P&ID and PFD for lab scale pilot plant, operation of lab scale pilot plant.
3. Field Worker
- Number of Posts: 1
- Essential Qualification: 4th std pass.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in maintaining a clean environment in a research laboratory, safe storage of used chemicals.
