Job Opportunity: Various Technical Positions at IIT Guwahati Assam
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati Assam is seeking applications for the following positions in the project titled “A Pilotscale comparative study on dumping of fresh and partially stabilized MSW followed by pretreatment of landfill leachates by conventional and electrocoagulation methods followed by up flow anaerobic filter” at the Department of Civil Engineering:
1. Research Associate – I
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification: Ph.D. Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science/Civil Engineering
2. JRF (GATE)
- Number of Posts: 1
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in any Engineering/Technology/Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering with GATE qualification
Selection Procedure: A walk-in-interview will be conducted on 18th March 2024 from 10:30 AM onwards at the Meeting room of the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Guwahati, Assam.
How to Apply: Interested candidates are required to appear for the walk-in interview along with an application/CV on plain paper containing details of educational qualifications, experience, contact information, etc. Candidates must also submit photocopies of relevant documents at the time of the interview.
Candidates may also send an advance copy of their CV to the Principal Investigator at kajay@iitg.ac.in.
Selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview. No separate call letters will be sent to candidates. Additionally, no TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test and interview.
