Additional Criteria
a) Proven leadership abilities and experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
b) Institutional development expertise in financial, banking, and services sectors.
c) In-depth knowledge and experience in retail assets, particularly in home and mortgage-based credit products.
Selection Procedure
The selection will be based on a personal interview after shortlisting of applications. Merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call. The decision of the Bank/Company in this regard will be final.
