Sports Qualification
Candidates must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Represented a State or country in National or International competitions in hockey.
- Represented their University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Boards in hockey.
- Represented State School Teams in the National Sports/Games for schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in hockey.
- Awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.
Selection Procedure
- Field Trials and Interview: Selection will be based on sports performance during field trials and an interview.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for field trials. Based on performance, candidates will be further shortlisted for interviews.
- Final Selection: The final selection will be based on combined performance in trials and the interview.
