Eligibility Criteria: A. Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognized University.
B. A Ph.D. Degree.
C. Professor/Associate Professor with a total service experience of at least 15 years of Teaching/Research/Administration in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of Higher Education.
D. Minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per UGC regulations (Appendix-I) for direct recruitment of Principals in colleges.
E. Minimum of 10 research publications in Peer Reviewed or UGC listed Journals.
F. Minimum of 110 research score as per Appendix-II at table-2 as per UGC Regulation 2018.
G. Relaxation of 5% may be provided at Master’s Degree level for SC/ST/Differently-abled (Physically and Visually differently-abled) candidates. The eligibility marks of 55% and the relaxation of 5% are permissible based only on qualifying marks without including any grace marks.
Age: Upper age limit is 55 years.
How to Apply: Candidates are required to submit their applications in the prescribed format provided by the Department of Higher Education (DHE), Assam, along with a Bio-data and all self-attested testimonials. Applicants must also include a demand draft of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand) only in favor of Principal, Amguri College, payable at Punjab National Bank, Amguri Branch.

গ) বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, মহাবিদ্যালয়, আৰু উচ্চ শিক্ষাৰ অন্যান্য প্ৰতিষ্ঠানত কমেও ১৫ বছৰৰ শিক্ষকতা/গৱেষণা/প্ৰশাসনৰ মুঠ সেৱা অভিজ্ঞতা থকা অধ্যাপক/সহযোগী অধ্যাপক।
ঘ) মহাবিদ্যালয়সমূহত অধ্যক্ষৰ প্ৰত্যক্ষ নিযুক্তিৰ বাবে ইউজিচিৰ নিয়ম (পৰিশিষ্ট-I) অনুসৰি প্ৰদৰ্শন ভিত্তিক মূল্যায়ন ব্যৱস্থা (পিবিএএছ)ৰ ওপৰত ভিত্তি কৰি একাডেমিক পাৰফৰমেন্স ইনডিকেটৰ (এপিআই)ত নিৰ্ধাৰিত নূন্যতম নম্বৰ।
ঙ) সমনীয়া পৰ্যালোচনা কৰা বা ইউজিচি তালিকাভুক্ত জাৰ্নেলত নূন্যতম ১০টা গৱেষণামূলক প্ৰকাশন।
চ) ইউজিচি নিয়ম ২০১৮ অনুসৰি টেবুল-২ত পৰিশিষ্ট-II অনুসৰি নূন্যতম ১১০টা গৱেষণাৰ নম্বৰ।
ছ) অনুসূচিত জাতি/জনজাতি/বিভিন্নভাৱে সক্ষম (শাৰীৰিক আৰু দৃষ্টিশক্তিগতভাৱে ভিন্নভাৱে সক্ষম) প্ৰাৰ্থীৰ বাবে স্নাতকোত্তৰ ডিগ্ৰী পৰ্যায়ত ৫% শিথিলতা প্ৰদান কৰিব পাৰিব। কোনো ধৰণৰ ৰেহাই নম্বৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত নকৰাকৈ কেৱল যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন নম্বৰৰ ভিত্তিত ৫৫% যোগ্যতা আৰু ৫% শিথিলতা অনুমোদিত।

কেনেদৰে আবেদন কৰিব: প্ৰাৰ্থীসকলে উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগে (DHE), অসমে প্ৰদান কৰা নিৰ্ধাৰিত ফৰ্মেটত বায়’-ডাটা আৰু সকলো স্ব-প্ৰমাণিত প্ৰশংসাপত্ৰৰ সৈতে আবেদন দাখিল কৰিব লাগিব। আবেদনকাৰীয়ে ৫০ টকাৰ ডিমাণ্ড ড্ৰাফ্টো অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত কৰিব লাগিব। ৫০০০/- (পাঁচ হাজাৰ) কেৱল আমগুৰি মহাবিদ্যালয়ৰ অধ্যক্ষৰ সপক্ষে, পঞ্জাৱ নেচনেল বেংক, আমগুৰি শাখাত প্ৰদান কৰিব লাগিব।
