  1. Deputy Secretary:
    • Number of posts: 1
    • Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,000-110,000/- + GP Rs. 15,700 P.M. in Pay Band -4 and other admissible allowances.
    • Qualification: MA in Bodo Language with minimum 50% marks. Preference given to candidates with a Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Translation Studies from a recognized University.
    • Experience: Minimum ten years working experience in Bodo Language translation, editing, and composing in Government offices/under Education department or Legislative Assembly.
  2. Under Secretary:
    • Number of posts: 1
    • Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,000-110,000/- + GP Rs. 14,500 P.M. in Pay Band -4 and other admissible allowances.
    • Qualification: MA in Bodo Language with minimum 50% marks. Preference given to candidates with a Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Translation Studies from a recognized University.
    • Experience: Minimum five years working experience in Bodo Language translation, editing, and composing in Government offices/under Education department or Legislative Assembly.
  3. Interpreter:
    • Number of posts: 2
    • Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000-70,000/- + GP-5,200 P.M. in Pay Band -3 and other admissible allowances.
    • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with adequate knowledge in Bodo, Assamese, and English language. Preference given to candidates with Diploma or Certificate courses in Translation Studies from a recognized University.
    • Experience: Minimum two-year translation, interpretation, or teaching experience in the concerned language subject.
  4. Senior Administrative Assistant:
    • Number of posts: 1
    • Scale of Pay: Rs. 22,000-97,000/- + GP-9,400 P.M. in Pay Band -3 and other admissible allowances.
    • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with adequate knowledge in Bodo, Assamese, and English language.
  5. Translator:
    • Number of posts: 2
    • Scale of Pay: Rs. 14,000-70,000/- + GP-8,700 P.M. in Pay Band -3 and other admissible allowances.
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with Bodo Language as a MIL subject up to the degree level. Preference given to candidates with Diploma or Certificate courses in Translation Studies from a recognized University.
    • Experience: Minimum two-year translation, editing, or teaching experience in the concerned language subject.

Age Limit:

  • Candidates should be between 21 and 38 years of age at the time of application, regardless of whether they are fresh candidates or applying through the proper channel.
