Qualifications:
- First-class Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Cooperative Banks, Small Finance Banks, or Microfinance.
- Proficiency in PC skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- The candidate must possess strategic thinking abilities, dynamic leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills. They should have demonstrated these qualities while leading teams or departments.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in areas such as Accounts, Finance, Taxation (including GST), Loans & Advances, Recovery & Collection, Administration & HR, Compliance, Risk Management, and Inspection are required.
Experience:
- For General Manager: 10 years of Banking/Financial Services experience at the Officer level, out of which 5 years must be at the Senior Manager level.
- For Deputy General Manager: 8 years of Banking/Financial Services experience at the Officer level, out of which 3 years must be at the Senior Manager level.
