The Office of Chief Judicial Magistrate Hojai, within the jurisdiction of Hojai Judiciary Assam, is currently seeking applications from eligible candidates to fill six vacant positions for the role of Peon.

Scale of Pay:
- Rs. 12,000/- – Rs.37,500/- with Grade Pay Rs.3,900/- per month, alongside other admissible allowances as per ROP rules, 2017.
Qualification:
- Minimum VIII standard pass; candidates who have passed HSSLC or above are ineligible to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with special skills/life skills such as driving, plumbing, computer proficiency, technical expertise, and other hard skills, provided they meet the educational qualification criteria.
Age Limit:
- Candidates should be between 18 to 40 years of age as of 01-01-2024.
- Upper age limit relaxation will be in accordance with Government rules.
How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their applications along with the following documents:
a) 4 (four) copies of recent passport-size photographs with signature on the reverse side. b) Self-attested copies of all testimonials supporting age, caste, educational qualification, and certificates relating to special skills. c) Self-attested copy of a valid Employment Exchange Certificate.
