Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from a recognized University. Additionally, a Ph.D. Degree is required.
- Experience: Professors/Associate Professors with a minimum of 15 years of teaching/research experience in Universities, Colleges, and other Higher Education institutions.
- Research Publications: A minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals is required. Candidates must attach self-attested valid supporting documents. Also, a minimum research score of 110 as per Appendix-II of Table 2 of the UGC Regulation 2018 is necessary.
- API Score: A minimum score as stipulated in the API based on PEAS as per UGC regulations in Appendix III for direct recruitment of Professors in Colleges.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 55 years.
- Relaxation: A 5% relaxation in marks will be provided for SC/ST/Differently-abled candidates for eligibility and assessing good academic record. A similar relaxation will be given to Ph.D. Degree holders who obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th September 1991.
