Name of post: Community Health Officers (CHO) No. of posts: 204 Qualification: Candidates must have BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) / BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) qualifications from a recognized institute and should be registered under the State Council / Board of Assam.
Monthly Salary: Rs. 25,000/- and a performance-based incentive of up to Rs. 15,000/-
Age: The upper age limit for candidates is 45 years as of the last date of application.
