The National Bureau of Soil Survey & Land Use Planning (NBSSLUP) Assam is seeking applications from eligible candidates for the position of one Young Professional-I under the Crop Diversification Project on a contract basis. NBSSLUP is one of the fourteen Natural Resource Management (NRM) institutes of the ICAR entrusted with conducting RD&T activities, mainly in soil survey, remote sensing applications, land evaluation, and land use planning. Established by the Government of India in 1956, NBSSLUP has been dedicated to advancing agricultural sciences and technologies.

Essential Qualification:
- Graduates in relevant subjects or Diploma holders in relevant Agricultural Sciences / Engineering / Technology.
- “Agricultural Sciences” includes all agriculture & allied sciences, such as Crop Science, Horticulture Science, NRM related disciplines, Animal Science, Veterinary Sciences, Fisheries Sciences, Agriculture Engineering, Agriculture Extension, Agriculture Education, etc.
Emoluments: Rs. 30000/- per month
Age Limit: Between 21 to 45 years with relaxation as per rule
Selection Procedure: A walk-in-interview will be conducted on 7th June 2024 at 11:00 AM in Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) JNKVV, Chandan Nagar, Nagpur Road, Chhindwara.
