SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SVCL) Assam is seeking dynamic and qualified individuals for the following positions: Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer. Position: Chief Financial Officer

Number of Posts: 1

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst.
• MBA (full-time) / Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management / Business Administration (full-time).

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, investment, taxation, or regulatory compliance, including VCFs / AIFs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the VC/PE industry.
• Proficiency in IT systems and excellent skills in analysis, communication, and interpersonal dealings are required.

Position: Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer

Number of Posts: 1

Qualifications:

• Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Company Secretary, including experience in Company Law and Secretarial functions.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the VC/PE industry and those with a qualification in Law. The ability to prepare and interpret investment and other agreements and support investment teams is desirable.
• Proficiency in IT systems and excellent skills in analysis, communication, and interpersonal dealings are required.
